LISTEN NOW to Atlas’s December International Thursday event featuring the following speakers :

  • The Chilean Presidential Election- commentary by Alex Chafuen, Atlas Economic Research Foundation, with up to date analysis by phone from Cristián Larroulet at Libertad y Desarollo in Chile.
  • Ray Walser- Senior Policy Analyst for Latin America, Heritage Foundation. Topic: the recent elections in Honduras.
  • Brigadier General Supnet- Defense Attaché, Philippine Embassy, Topic: the recent massacre in Mindanao, Philippines.

We will begin promptly at 10:00 AM and conclude by 11:30 AM.  Please feel free to arrive early to partake in light refreshments (coffee, bagels, etc). Atlas’s “International Thursday” are held at our office on 1201 L Street, NW, Washington DC, 20005.  The building is just blocks from both Metro Center and McPherson Square metro.

International Thursdays will stream live on line on Atlas’s Ustream Channel, where you can chat with other viewers as you watch the presentations. Audio of the event  is posted online the day after the event.
