Below you will find each Intellectual Entrepreneur that you choose from, divided into region. Your contributions will go towards travel, accommodation and event expenses of the Intellectual Entrepreneur of your choosing. When you are registering for the event, you are given the option of which Intellectual Entrepreneur you would like to sponsor and a dollar amount. Gisele Dutheuil, l’Audace Institut Afrique, Ivory Coast
Aged 45 years, french, with degrees in law and communication, she is a founding member and director of Audace Institut Afrique (AIA), a liberal think tank based in Ivory Coast. She strongly defends the thesis that Africa has the potential to grow on basis of a liberal politics and that African intellectuals have an important role to play in this process. Through AIA, she works to promote freedoms, individual rights, democracy and peace by thought. She is also author of children’s books.
Olumayowa Okediran is a dynamic Nigerian with a passion for a positive shift towards a freer economic system in Africa. He is convinced that the development of Africa hinges on the endorsement of capitalism, respect for the rule of law and individual liberty.
He is co-initiator of the first pro-liberty students’ organization in Nigeria – the African Liberty Students Organization (ALSO) which is now present in several African countries. He is also Outreach Assistant, African Liberty Students Organization – Headquarters, where he assists the Director of Outreach/Publisher, AfricanLiberty.org on outreach initiative on campuses across Africa.
