Atlas Leadership Academy

On November 9 at the Atlas Freedom Dinner in New York City, Atlas CEO Brad Lips announced the launch of an ambitious new program for 2012 that will accelerate and expand the reach of Atlas’s training and mentorship programs around the world. The Atlas Leadership Academy enrolls the world’s most visionary and committed intellectual entrepreneurs and provides the tools and individual growth they need to effectively advance the cause of liberty.

The Academy offers a flexible curriculum introducing new online courses that complement and strengthen entrepreneurs’ preparedness for many of Atlas’s successful training programs such as Think Tank MBA, Think Tank Leadership Training, and the regional Freedom Schools and Free Enterprise Center trainings.

Through a new credit system, students and graduates will be able to track their progress and market themselves and the value of their experiences. Graduates of the program will represent an elite corps of proven leaders, having completed a suite of Atlas programs, and will have qualified themselves for special opportunities to participate in Atlas’s grant and prize programs.

Atlas is building upon the foundation of its work for the past 30 years – inspiring people with the ideas, talent and passion to become Freedom Champions and giving them the tools, training and support they need to organize and run successful think tanks that will change the world.

At a time when the ideas of liberty are so urgently needed, Atlas is answering the call to do more. In that same spirit, the Atlas Leadership Academy asks more of those who choose to take up this great cause and Atlas now asks more of those who generously support the work of advancing liberty around the world.
