For a lot of European Libertarians, an IES seminar was the first step in a lifelong commitment to freedom. Each year, thanks to great partnerships, those seminar move further and reach more people.
Just this week, more than 30 students from Eastern Europe have the great opportunity of being together, discussing ideas of freedom in Bakuriani, Georgia.
The International Summer School is hosted by New Economic School- Georgia, a Fisher Venture Grant winner, and co-organized by Institute of Economics Studies – Europe, the Cato Institute, Friedrich Naumann Foundation and Knowledge Foundation.
Selected students have the opportunity to discuss Law, History, Economics, Philosophy, and Think Tank management with well known instructors such as, Boudewijn Bouckaert (Nova Civitas and University of Ghent), Colin Ganley (Oxford University), Pierre Garello (IES-Europe and Paul Czanne University in Aix-en-Provence), James Taylor (College of New Jersey), Paata Sheshelidze and Gia (New Economic School).
