Sunshine on Schools

One of the best contributions that a think tank can make is simply helping citizens gain more transparency into how their tax dollars are being spent. That’s goal of the North Dakota Policy Council’s Sunshine on Schools interactive Web site provides budget data for all of the state K-12 schools. Seems like a model that ought to be replicated as muchas possible.
