Atlas has been a supporter and a friend to Alternate Solutions Institute based in Lahore, Pakistan for many years. ASI recently won Atlas´ Fisher Venture Grant Award. Dr. Khalil Ahmad the founder and executive director of ASI was recently in the Washington, DC area attending Atlas´ TTMBA program.
Dr. Ahmed is man with a strong sense of duty and patriotism. He believes the best way for his country to overcome its social, political and economic problems is respect for the rule of law. ASI has published a number of articles and booklets on these subjects. One in particular is called The Greatest Battle for the Rule of Law in Pakistan.
