Conference in the Gulf

This article provides some background on the Third Economic Freedom of the Arab World Conference, which has just been held in Doha, Qatar. The meeting was hosted by the International Research Foundation of Oman, the Fraser Institute, Friedrich Naumann Foundation and Atlas. Our own Ziba Ayeen will report on the conference on her return.
