Fundación Bases, based in Rosario Argentina recently launched a new interactive web site. Since 2004, this organization has been diligently promoting the ideas of a free society. Throughout the years, the foundation has organized various economic conferences and collaborated with universities to specifically reach the youth within the Argentine society.
