This week, Atlas hosted it’s monthly International Thursday event. Joining us was and Roman Ortiz, current president of the Senate on the board of Fundacion Nueva Democracia, and Pete Boettke of George Mason University. Dr. Boettke discussed the current economic environment and the U.S. Bailout to financial institutions. You can read more about Pete’s views on his blog, The Austrian Economists.
In addition, Atlas was honored by a special surprise guest, Aziz Sadat, a presidential candidate in Afghanistan, who offered some of his plans for the future of the country.
