2008 Atlas Fisher Venture Grant winner, Fundacion Ecuador Libre (FEL) is hosting a nationwide essay contest. The topic is “El “Pensamiento de Friedrich Hayek en el Ecuador del Siglo XXI” (Friedrich Hayek’s Philosophy in XXI Century Ecuador). Participants in the contest must be students in either high school or an undergraduateĀ at a University. First place winners will receive a $500 honorarium, a set of books on Austrian Economics, their essay will be published on the FEL website andĀ e-mailed to all of the FEL contacts.
