Two great articles are on OrdemLivre.org. The first is written by Alexandre Barros, “Desregulamentar profissões. Todas!”, and deals with the regulations of professions, proposing the deregulation of all trades. The second is a paper by Otto Graff Lambsdorff “Liberdade – o melhor remédio contra a pobreza” which discusses why poor countries need more (and not less) liberty in to overcome poverty and underdevelopment.
