Constitutional Reform Proposal in Guatemala Analyzed by CEES

On March 27th 2009 ProReforma, a nonpolitical and independent civic association, presented the proposal of a partial reform of Guatemala’s  Constitution (Proposal in Spanish) .

In August, in response to this initiative El Centro de Estudios Económico Sociales (CEES), an organization whose purpose is to study and spread the ideas of freedom,  presented an economic analysis and its conclusions about ProReforma´s proposal and their intentions to ensure the rule of law and equality before the law (Analysis in Spanish ).
