- The Wall Street Journal published an op-ed from ECIPE’s Razeen Sally and Frederik Erixon, “Keynes at Home Smith Abroad, Domestic Stimulus spills over to Protectionism.” (subscription needed)
- The Murray Rothbard Institute is hosting its second annual Summer University program in Belgium, professors slated to speak include, Prof. Bertrand Lemennicier (Paris University of Panthéon-Assa), Dr. Jos Verhulst and Dr. Philipp Bagus (University Rey Juan Carlos).
- International Policy Institute published a report and announcement last week decrying the use of public funds through the Department of International Development (United Kingdom) to support causes not related to impoverished countries, but to such organizations as the National Union of Teachers and the Trades Union of Congress. - The Economic Freedom of the World Network Conference will be held in Warsaw, Poland September 30- October 2nd of this year. Sponsors of the event include of course the Fraser Institute as well as the Adam Smith Research Centre.
