There is a fantastic opportunity available for all our Latin American readers who are between the ages of 18-30. El Cato ( the Cato Institute’ s Spanish program) is hosting their second annual Cato University in Guatemala. Held in collaboration with the Universidad Fransisco Marroquin, the week long seminar will bring 60 young Latin American’s together to discuss libertarian ideals and the challenges the region is facing today.
This year, Cato has confirmed speakers such as Carlos Alberto Montaner, Jose Piñera and others. The event will take place from January 24-30th in the beautiful city of Antigua. They are accepting application until November 1st, so apply today!
