New CEOs, Awards and Conferences- A North American Update

Blogging has been light here over the holidays, but rest assured, we’ll get back to promoting global think tank work on a regular basis soon! For now, I’d like you offer a few exciting highlights from think tanks across the United States:

• The Fraser Institute, in Canada, gets a new CEO, Dr. Brett Skinner -Brett’s past work with Fraser earned them a Templeton Freedom Award in 2003
  
• The Sam Adam’s Alliance is requesting nominations for their annual Sammie Awards, nominate individuals, videos, blogs etc who have played a strong role in grassroots activism. Nominate someone here!
• The deadline for registering for Student’s for Liberty’s annual International Conference is today! Get more information here.
