Carter Woolly

Carter Woolly is the Manager of Donor Relations at Atlas Network. He received his bachelor degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, NC and his master degree in International Security from George Mason University. After finishing his undergrad, Carter spent a year teaching English in rural Rwanda, an experience he credits as being formative in his understanding of the world.

Carter lives in Washington DC with his wife and with their dog, Digit. He is a lifelong fan of DC sports and when not watching his Caps, Nats, and Commanders he can be found on a trail, at a brewery, on the golf course, or on a ski slope.
