Dr. Patricia Hohlbein is the Vice President of Consulting at Atlas Network. After leading the rebranding, restructuring, development, design, delivery, and evaluation of all of Atlas Network Academy’s training programs and certifications, she has now taken on the leadership of the strategic growth and management of Atlas Network’s Consulting practice as her full-time focus. The consulting practice is grounded in a process that emphasizes the client’s own leadership and autonomy in addressing its priorities. This approach creates positive change that sticks and can unlock productivity gains, just as much as greatly hyped information technologies. She is energized about the power and value of play in building and growing emotional intelligence and leadership skills in a sustainable process consulting practice. The growing demand from our partners for these services, and the opportunity to awaken even more of our community to new ways of more effectively advancing liberty is the exciting challenge ahead.

Dr. Hohlbein holds a Doctorate of Education from Pepperdine University in Organizational Leadership, an MBA with a concentration in Applied Leadership, a B.S. in Marketing, and a B.S. in Business Management from Franklin University. Patty held both business school faculty and senior administrative positions at prominent business schools in the United States. She has been an executive in diverse industries, including healthcare, architecture, design, and planning, and she is a serial entrepreneur. She is an expert on organizational leadership, emotional intelligence, and adult learning. In addition to her research and professional work, Dr. Hohlbein currently serves on several philanthropic boards. She lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband, Pete. They have four adult children.
